About CAPES

Capital Area Psychological & Evaluation Services, CAPES, is a group of licensed psychologists committed to providing high quality, individualized psychological services to children, adolescents, and adults. CAPES was formed in July 2020. CAPES is honored to serve Austin and the surrounding Central Texas communities. We currently conduct psychological assessments, in person, and provide psychotherapy and parent consultation, in person and through telehealth. CAPES specializes in autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and mood difficulties. We are known for our individualized assessments and our psychologists have diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise. CAPES is proud to be helping people gain insight into their difficulties, whether neurodivergence, learning disabilities, behavior difficulties, or mental-health concerns. Our therapy services aim to be client-centered and address each person’s or family’s unique needs.
